Signed. First Edition. Near Fine, softcover. Four Mile Lutheran Church is N E of Mabank, east of Dallas in Van Zandt County. Originally a Norwegian community. Archival photos. The book is toned on the cover as well as a couple of pages where a newspaper had been laid in. There are a few discrete underlinings. The corners are square and the book seems to have been unread. The author has signed on the title page (no inscription).
