XVI prelims plus 276 pp plus xii prelims . 3 plates (2 are pullout). Marbled end pages and page edges in beautiful condition. Tight. Solid. A beauty with most pages looking almost like new with toning and others with heavy foxing presumably caused by acid paper. At top of spine, over length of 1.24 inches the leather is missing. 3 plates, of which two are fold-outs. The pic you see on the scan (facing title page) is a pull-out of southwest view of Cathedral.Book presents the city from 13th century onward. A great survivor
