Also covers the merger with the Imperial Bank of Canada. Bright red boards and spine emblazoned with gilt lettering and bank logos. Please note: Table of Contents and Foreword have been bound upside down. Very clean, unmarked and minimally worn. Appears unread. Excellent copy..
