Recounts the years during which the bank toughed out the worst depression the world had ever seen, helped to fight a global war, saw Canada emerge as an industrial nation and world power and saw credit become universal with the advent of credit cards. Also covers the merger with the Imperial Bank of Canada. Bright red boards and spine emblazoned with gilt lettering and bank logos. Please note: Table of Contents and Foreword have been bound upside down. Very clean, unmarked and minimally worn. Appears unread. Excellent copy..
