Volume IV, part I only. xlviii, 598pp. Quarter-bound in green leather over green cloth-covered boards, gilt titles on spine. Text block edge speckled red. Likely a library binding. 8vo. Sun-faded spine, moderately rubbed spine ends; corners rubbed and rounded. Text block edges tanned. Endpapers moderately tanned. Reference library's stamps, bar code and markings on endpapers, copyright page and spine label. Internally pages are lightly age toned, otherwise neat, clean, bright and tight.
