Top right corner of interior is bent and damp stained for first 280 pages, of 830. A book of bios good for genealogy research. Some engravings, mostly photo reproductions of the featured gentlemen, the most famous resident featured is P.T. Barnum, who got a photo reproduction. Uncommon.
