Coventry: Coventry: Printed, for Private Circulation Only, by J. W. Parbury, West Orchard, 1875. 1st Edition . Full cloth. Very Good. First edition, quarto; [x], 129pp, complete with 10 plates (including 7 sepia lithographs) and a hadnful of in-text woodcuts. In contemporary green cloth (very lightly worn) with gilt arms to centre of front board and gilt lettering direct to spine. Early ink ownership names to front free endpaper and reverse of frontispiece, binders ticket to rear pastedown, endpapers stained by turn-ins, small light marginal stain to frontispiece well clear of image, a very clean attractive copy of this uncommon history.
