London: A. Strahan and T. Cadell, 1792. Hardcover. Fair. 5 1/4 x 8 1/2 in. Full brown calf with gilt rules on spine, gilt side dentelles. Condition of books is FAIR ; All hinges are cracked and the covers holding by the cord bindings. Leather is dry and crackling, edges worn, covers rubbed. All have the contemporry PO's name of Horace Binney on the ffep. (Horace Binney was a Philadelphia lawyer who was member of the U.S. House of Representatives from 1833-1835). Pgs at the ends of each vol are moderately foxed, text is very good with some spotting in Vol 1. History. Stax.
