This is the last part of the Instauratio Magna published in English in Ba con's lifetime. With the engraved bookplate of Algernon Cappell, 2d Earl of Essex, dated 1701. Cappell held the office of Gentlem an of the Bedchamber to King William III between 1691 and 1702. H e was Colonel of the 4th Dragoons between 1693 and 1710 and in 17 08 was made a Privy Counselor by Queen Anne. . ood/Poor.
