Translated from the French by Katharine Prescott Wormeley. Classic 19th Century Literature.Bound in brown cloth in library binding, stamped with library name on front, gilt lettered on spine. Quite solid, spine leans forward. Boards are worn, rubbed. Lib marks include pocket, remains of card, stamps. Text block edges dingy. Many pages with smudges. Toned, heavily on edges. No underlining or pencil/ink marks. Still has lots of reading life left in it and for an 1891 book that's pretty good. 337 pages, 4.75 x 7.25 inches, 1891, Roberts Brothers, Boston, Massacuhsetts, USA
