Front cover of book has title in bold black. On the spine is the title, publisher and authors in black. Text unmarked. Dust jacket has tear at top of front spine, some scuffing and wear along edge, bottom of spine shows slight wear and tiny discolor. Rear cover has some scuffing and spots of missing color. Bottom edge of spine is worn.
Endpapers are in grey. Pages are printed on grey paper and building designs and specifications are on white paper. 29 buildings are examined. There is a graphic synopsis of the analysis. There is an analysis of 29 highrise residential blocks . Previous owners name on verso endpaper in ink.
