Oban, Argyll: Oban Times Limited IN FAIR CONDITION, with a Dust Jacket in Good ++ Condition, protected in a mylar cover. ii, 84pp, bound in original maroon cloth, with gilt lettering on spine (still bright), with binding and hinges tight. Complete with 6 illustrations, as called for. The covers on this book are severly bowed. Dust jacket is price clipped, with edge wear/chips. Angus Macpherson, an expert piper, angler, seannachaidh, hotelkeeper and sheep farmer, comes from a family of distinguished pipers. In this book, he looks back upon the early days of Highland life, and many of the fine pipers he has known. Ownership name on ffp of "Hector A. MacKenzie, March 1956".
