Methuen and Co., 1933. Hardcover. Good/Good. 1933. First Edition. 262 pages. Pictorial jacket over green cloth. Contains black and white illustrated frontispiece, with other illustrations throughout. Pages are lightly tanned, but text remains clear. Binding is firm. Pencil inscriptions to front endpapers. Boards and spine have minimal shelf-wear, with minor corner bumping and crushing to ends. Spine and edges are lightly tanned. Unclipped jacket. Light sunning to edges and noticeable water staining to spine. Panels have light edgewear, with small tears, chips and creases, heavier to spine ends. Visible marks to exterior.
