London: William Jackson (Books) Ltd, 1930. First, Limited Edition. No. 477 of 550 signed copies. Issued as Number Two of the Furnival Books, printed at the Chiswick Press. Tall octavo. Original maroon buckram, titled in gilt on spine and front cover; 42pp. A few very faint freckles of foxing to endpapers, still a Near Fine copy, retaining most of the original unprinted glassine dustwrapper. A tale of the First World War. The frontispiece by John Austen is quite fine.
