About This Item
This is a stated First Edition (1987, not 1988 as the ISBN info notes) of The Hermit of 69th Street, the last novel by the Polish-American writer Jerzy Kosinski (1933-1991).
Its full title is The Hermit of 69th Street: The Working Papers of Norbert Kosky, and it is a semi-autobiographical novel about the creative process and the life of a writer.
This copy has not been opened, until now. But the spine of the dust jacket is white and has become discolored, just from sitting on a shelf for 34 years.
The book itself is pristine. No shelfwear. There's not a mark on it or in it.
