London: William Heinemann, 1930. Octavo (23 x 15.5 cm.), viii, 72 pages. Top edge gilt. FIRST EDITION, number 64 of 75 numbered copies, signed by both authors. Marcel Boulestin was a French chef, restaurateur and author of cookbooks that popularized French cuisine in the English-speaking world. His London restaurant, the Restaurant Français, opened in 1927, and was known at the time as the most expensive in the city. In publisher's green linen cloth, lightly soiled, gilt-titled spine. Near fine. Scarce. [OCLC locates just seven copies (none in the U.S. or Canada)].
