Her Amish Springtime Miracle by Winnie Griggs is the second book in the Hope's Haven series. This is a sweet story. I thought Her Amish Springtime Miracle was well-written with realistic, developed characters. The story moves along at a good pace. I enjoyed getting to know Mike, Hannah, Leah, and Grace. The community is filled with warm, caring people who are there for each other. I like how Leah helps Hannah with Grace and baking dilemma. I enjoyed catching up with the characters from Her Amish Wedding Quilt. Her Amish Springtime Miracle is a story about family ties and dynamics. The Christian elements are well-done and beautifully woven into the story. God's plans are always better than our own and prayer is a powerful tool. Her Amish Springtime Miracle can be read as a standalone, but I do recommend reading Her Amish Wedding Quilt. Hannah's baking will have your mouth watering. She bakes up delectable cookies, cupcakes, and Mike's favorite, whoopie pies for her bakery in the marketplace. I enjoyed the descriptions of Hannah's special place. The author's word imagery really brought the place alive for me. Her Amish Springtime Miracle is a heartwarming tale that was over far too soon. I look forward to my next visit to Hope's Haven. Her Amish Springtime Miracle is a sweet story with tasty treats, a beloved baby, a special search, an unexpected encounter, a new awareness, and a caring community.
