About This Item
Faber. Hardcover. B0000CI2XB Unique copy signed by the author Laurence Henry, Henry Irving's grandson, and two prominent character actors Lionel Belmore and Booth Colman. First edition 1951 Faber and Faber blue cloth hardcover without a dust jacket. The book was gifted by his good friend Belmore to Colman, whose ownership signature is on the first front end page), dated 1952, saying "15 Happy Years! Lionel Belmore". Belmore was an English character actor and director on stage for more than a quarter of a century, probably best known for his role as Herr Vogel the Burgomaster in Frankenstein.
