It was the longest trial in American history. Its narrative by the prosecutor of the Tate-LaBianca Trials is the whole story told by the one man, Bugliosi, cognizant of the whole story. 459 pp. plus: Epilogue, Index. Book shows narrow strip of sunning at spine ends. Unclipped, unpriced DJ has spine text faded to almost yellow as well as 1/4" band of rear panel adjacent to spine and a 1" band that changes from yellow to light orange to original red from the spine to the fore edge along the top of the rear panel. DJ is Brodart protected. Illustrated with b/w photographs. Publisher's maple leaf colophon stamped at base of spine on rear panel. Bookseller's Inventory # 081839.
