Drawings by Fyodor Lemkul; translated from the Russian by Fainna Glagoleva. No date of publication; 1970 is from WorldCat records. The publisher was established in 1931 and still exists. A charming story told in verse: the mailman tries to deliver an envelope addressed to "Helpless Can't-Do," but every child in the building who is not already being helpful is inspired to help in order to avoid being the recipient of the letter. In Very Good Condition: cover is slightly soiled; upper corner slightly creased; pages are clean and bright.
