New York: Dodge Publishing, 1942. Joe learned to shoot from Jeff, the man who saved him from an orphan's fate. When the big outfit tried to take what little Jeff had, and it cost him his life, Joe sought vengeance. Bumped with rubbing at the edges, binding square and solid. Jacket has been trimmed and affixed to a stiff paper backing with the flaps glued to the pastedowns. There had been clear tape over the spine, now rubbed and chipped, rear panel soiled. Date stamp to the rear end paper, residue from a stamp pad removal, no other library indications.. First Edition. Hard Cover. Good/Fair. Ex-Library.
