Salt Lake City, UT: Deseret Book Company, 1983. First edition. Hardcover. 479pp. Octavo [23.5 cm] Brown leatherette with a gilt stamped title on the spine, and gilt stamped borders on the spine and front cover. Illustrated. Index. Bibliography. Very good. The top edge of the text block is very gently soiled. There are thin light moisture stains in the bottom edges of the pages at the end of the text. The dust jacket is in good condition, with creasing. There are 5 or so small losses from the edges. There are also multiple small closed tears in the edges. The bottom half is subtly moisture stained. There are several 1 inch long marks on the rear panel. A thorough history of the Mormon's in Ohio. Originally intended to be included in a series of volumes to celebrate the sesquicentennial of the founding of the LDS Church. Only the single volume ever issued.
