The binding is rubbed and worn, and the spine is toned with the lettering faded. Some soiling to the front cover. Foxing to endpapers. Back inner hinge is slightly loose. Signed by author on front endpaper, below which is a another later inscription in blue ink. Text is toned but unmarked.
