ALL EDGES GILT. Ex-library, though the only library marking seems to be the blindstamp emboss mentioned further in the description. Scuffing and wear to gilt, some rubbed edges on fore edge. Mild wear to extremities. Blindstamp emboss to half-title. A few smudges on page edges. Text is unmarked. Binding tight. Words and definitions necessary for anyone headed towards this line of work. "An extended "definition" of Applied Grammar will be found in the back part of the book, under the section marked Additional Aids. There is gold in this part of the book to some who will apply their energies to the task of extracting its treasures," (preface).
