Book is tight, square, and unmarked but for a gift inscription on the FFFP from an American AF Officer to his Turkish counterpart. Book Condition: Very Good +; no signs of wetness, but due to slight page waving, the book has been stored near moisture. DJ: Very Good +; light wear to head, tail, and tips. Blue cloth boards and spine with bright gilt lettering on the spine and front board. Pictorial endpapers. 68 pp 4to. In Turkish and English, this generic yearbook promotes the Turkish Air Force Academy. It covers the founding of the academy in 1951 up to some event that causes a new publication. In this book the opening of the Aviation Museum in July 1986 might be the reason. Color illustrations throughout. Designed for foreign information agencies and for students and interested students, the book discusses facilities, programs, history, course offerings, and organization of the academy. A clean very presentable copy.
