New York: New Directions, 1954. First Limited Edition. Hardcover. Near Fine. Green and white striped paper over boards, quarter mustard yellow cloth spine with title stamped in blue, top edge stained blue, pp. 220. Royal blue cardboard slipcase with paste-on limitation label to front. Volume with 1cm crack to top hinge. Slipcase near very good with general rubbing and a crack at spine, paste-on label intact with price of $8.50.
