New York: Coward-McCann, Inc, 1943. First Edition. First printing Near fine in red cloth covered boards with gilt band decorations and gilt text stamping on the spine. In a very good dust jacket with rubbing and light wear to the edges of the panels and spine ends. This is one of a special limited run of 1,250 copies produced for the friends of the author and publisher in December, 1942.
