"Second edition, thoroughly revised". 8vo. xiv, 516, ii-xi, 48, 16 pp. Publisher's maroon cloth, gilt lettered to the spine, contemporary gift inscription to the front flyleaf, a relatively recent inscribed pictorial bookplate to the front pastedown. Appendix B on a large folding table to the rear. Slight sunning to the spine, very good.
