First One Volume edition with17 hand colored steel engravings by John Leech and many sketches on wood.A lovely copy in red buckram with bevel edged boards decorated in black and gold to the front cover and to the spine.Very slightly rubbed to the corners else a VG+ copy of this amusing story of a hunting life. No writing, marks, underlining, or bookplates. No remainder marks. Spine is tight and crisp, lightly faded. Boards are flat and true and the corners are square.No dust jacket.
