New York, ca. 1880. Good. 22 x 29 cm card with 12 x 18 cm colour illustration. Printed colour. Light wear to outside edges. Some soiling or discolouration to picture, noticeable in sky.

Colour engraving shows Halifax from Dartmouth, NS. Charles Magnus (1826-1900) was a print publisher, map dealer, bookseller and stationer in New York City from about 1850 to 1899. He issued over 1000 different letter sheets, maps, song sheets, envelopes and prints.
