First Ed.. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. 96 pages, contains shoes on one page with interesting information about a variety of household and civil information. The front end page has a tipped in bookplate with a signature of a storeowner. The book was evidently given out by this storeowner. The front free end page has a small tear at the top corner, and the cover bottom corner is very mildly dogeared, o/w near fine..
