Larger, sturdy book, quality blue cloth, gilt facsimile signature near-bright in border at top front, bright gilt lettering on spine, blue textured color inside covers and adjacent end papers, 320 pages including three glossy photo sections, pencil owner's name and date at top of first front end paper. DJ glossy white with an illustration in blue of Capitol on front, black and red lettering, a photo on back of psychic author in elegant chair with photos of presidents and wives on ornate furniture. DJ has tiny crease along top front edge, two very tiny tears at bottom front edge, a microtear and tiny tear with light wear at spine top edge, very tiny scratch at top back edge and spine bottom left edge, a crease across back. Near Good DJ/Fine book.
