The first edition of one of Hachette world guides, written by Robert Boulanger and translated by J. S. Hardman and M. N. Clark, a series issued under the direction off Francis Ambriere, this volume is an extensive guide to Greece. With information regarding itineraries, plans, and information on the country, including topographical, geographical, historical, land general information.Illustrated with twenty-three maps, eighty two plans, and seven illustrations, of which seven are folding. Collated, complete. Housed in its original cardboard slipcase with previous ownership inscription. In the original publisher's full cloth binding. Externally lovely with only minor shelf wear. Previous ownership inscription to the front free endpaper, 'H A Gallichan,' undated. Internally, firmly bound. The pages are bright and clean. Illustrated with twenty-three maps, eighty two plans, and seven illustrations, of which seven are folding. Collated, complete.  Very Good Indeed
