New York: Farrar, Straus and Company, 1949. Cloth. Very Good/Fair. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. 371 pp. The cover is rubbed at the extremities; previous owner bookplate on front free endpaper. The jacket is chipped at the corners and at the head and foot of the spine, and has some repairs to the front panel. Signed by the author, with a presentation inscription, on the second front free endpaper.
