With a documentary appendix and a select bibliography. Red cloth covers in sturdy matching slipcase with ribbon pull. Slight wear to edges of case. Top edge gilt, glossy pages clean and unmarked. 12 x 9". As a large, heavy book, this order will be packed carefully and may incur additional shipping charges.
