A couple of flattened spots and a little fading along the edges. Text block edges, endpapers, and preliminary and ending pages have degrees of foxing. Previous owner's name and address on the front and rear endpapers, with dates that pre-date the publication of the book. Dust jacket has edge wear, heaviest to the spine ends and show light soil overall to both white panels. Price has been inked out on front flap. The history of the Grenadier Guards infantry regiment in the British Army. The previous owner was a member of the 1st BN Grenadier Guards. Illustrated with black and white photographs. Part of the Famous Regiments series of works by this publisher, edited by Lt-General Sir Brian Horrocks. .
