(London: Shaw: no date) Pictorial cloth with oval pastedown (of human sacrifice) (that is, hard covers) pp. vi, 312. Frontispiece. Presentation inscription dated 1913 on front free endpaper. Some marks to the rear board; two leaves have large chips to their lower margins but without loss of print; front inner hinge starting to split; otherwise a very good copy.
