About This Item
Americana wpwgp Webb, Walter Prescott. The Great Plains. Boston: Houghton Mifflin, 1936, xiv, 525 pages, plates, map, illus, index. Hardcover, red cloth with gilt letering on spine. The book is in good to very good, clean, tight condition except there is sunfading on the spine and to maybe an inch or so on the tops of the front and back covers (had been resting on a shelf where the spine and the covers were resting next to other books causing the fading). Minor fraying to heel of spine. Signature of collector on front free endpaper. One of the great classics in American historiography. $21.50 Box 8181
