New York: Directory Establishment, 1846. Decorative Cloth. Very Good +. A very sharp copy of the 1846 stated "second publication". Tight and VG+ in its dark-brown cloth, with decorative blindstamping to the panels and bright gilt-titling along the front cover. Slight trace of bookplate removal to the front pastedown, very mild wear at the spine ends, light wear to the boards. Crisp 2-page map of Lower Manhattan preceding the title page. 64mo, wonderful local ads at the front and rear pastedowns and endsheets.
