Pages remain bright and clean with minimal tanning and foxing. Some cracking to gutters with exposed netting. Binding slightly loose. Boards have light shelf wear with minor corner bumping and crushing to spine ends. Some marks and staining to surfaces. Boards are slightly bowed.

An excellent reference book, if somewhat of a snapshot in time, of the1960's. Opens with chapters on ingredients ,equipment and methods, then gets down to its work, with heaps of interesting recipes.A valuable resource for the more unusual dishes.
