Reviews

On Jun 11 2023, a reader said:
An excellent reference book, if somewhat of a snapshot in time, of the1960's. Opens with chapters on ingredients ,equipment and methods, then gets down to its work, with heaps of interesting recipes.A valuable resource for the more unusual dishes.
