New York: William Morrow & Company, Inc, 1968. First Edition. Hardcover. Near Fine/Very good. Crew's first book, one of 4000 copies, according to the Ahearn Author Price Guide. First edition (first printing). Near fine in a very good dust jacket with a few edge tears. Cloth edges a bit worn and toned, spotting to top of page block. Blue endpapers from a reaction to the glue, as always. Nicer than usually found.
