Three stories with drawings by Edward Gorey, two written by Edward Lear, one by Peter Neumeyer. First edition, first printing with full letter line. Lear's 'nonsense poems' "The Jumblies" and " The Dong with a Luminous Nose" , as well as Neumeyer's "Donald and the..." brilliantly illustrated with Gorey's signature bizarre Victorian themed drawings which pay homage to authors' comically absurd sensibilities. No previous ownership marks. A clean, square, tight and unmarked copy. Spine straight and not creased. One minute blemish on upper cover, else near fine. .
