The Revised edition and fourth edition overall conisiting of 2000 copies issued June, 1923. Very good, some modest corner rounding and a small peel, Sinclair's "expose" on the effect that interlocking directorates had on American higher learing institutions. This work was one of the most widely read and distributed of the six so-called "Dead Hand" series of examination of American institutions--art, literature, religion, jourmalism, elmentary and secondary education.
