NY: Thomas Y. Crowell & Co. Publishers, 1883(?). Hardbound. GOOD-. Dark brown leather with gilt lettering and design, gilt page edges, marbled endpapers, tissue guard on frontispiece and ribbon marker. Falls open to center page, faint page yellowing, clean, square. Edges of leather cover are chipped and/or rubbed. Spine is badly faded, chipped at top and bottom, has @ 1" rip along front seam hinge at top and bottom, and a reading crease that is cracking at top and bottom. Classic poetry anthology - 354 pages with Notes, and Index of Writers, and an Index of first lines.
