They first meet when Pedro and Shag came to his rescue when a rogue horse threw Charlie and his foot was caught in the stirrup. Their adventures include trapping the White Stallion, and clearing both Shag and Pedro of separate crimes. This is part of the Famous Horse Stories series, with the series device on the spine and front cover.
