Seattle, WA: Superior Publishing Company, 1956. Autographed edition, no. 1797 of 3000 copies, signed by the author in green ink. Illustrated with dozens of black and white photos of early logging in the Pacific Northwest. Dark green cloth with color illustration mounted on the front cover, matching dustjacket, dark red slipcase. The book is in very good condition with very minor rubbing to corners and spine ends, good hinges, sound text block, clean pages, no other names or markings. The mylar protected dustjacket has light edge rubbing and some minor age speckling to the white background of the rear panel, very small chip to spine head, initials written at top of front dustjacket flap. The slipcase has edgewear, structurally sound.. First, Limited Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good/Very Good. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall.
