16mo (5 x 7.5) Limited issue. Stiff yellow boards, 6pp. Sewn page leaves with a black and white wood cut drawing by Ditchling artist and typographer Eric Gill. Boards show some minor rubbing and toning, contents are nearly fine. Chesterton s chorus from an unfinished play , a Christmas poem published here for the first time by Faber and Faber in the Ariel Poems series. No. 5 in the series, copy numbered 267 out of 350 to the colophon. A list of titles follows the text of the poems. A beautiful copy of a very scarce, very collectible Chesterton work, and additionally a rare collaboration with Gill.
