BAL 7926 (Issue "B" of the spine imprint-being 5/8" wide, no priority, second printing of vol 1 with the gatherings as noted); Perkins pp. 25-27. Issued in an edition of 1000 copies. Twenty seven sketches describes the life, literature and folklore of Japan.
