New York: Charles Scribner's Sons, 1892. Olive green boards, gold/maroon illustration on spine and front, 193 pages plus 16 pages of ads. Cocked, boards lightly smudged, spine faded, rubbed, creased and lightly chipped on ends of spine, corners rubbed and bowed, piece missing (1/4 inch) on top corner of front paste-down and of ffep, small area rubbed (1/8 inch) and corner creased on rear endpaper, closed tear (1/2 inch) on lower edge of pages 4 and 5, cracked at page 4 where stitching loose, else pages clean and tight. Overall, very good. Note: heavy book.. First Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good/No DJ. Illus. by Birch, Reginald B.. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
