A first edition, second impression copy of The Ghost Kings, as stated on the title page. The Ghost Kings is a novel of mystery and adventure set in what is now South Africa. Henry Rider Haggard was an English writer of adventure fiction and romances that were usually set within exotic locations. With eight illustrations including the frontispiece by A. C. Michael. In the publisher's original cloth binding. Externally, very smart with some fading to the spine. A previous owner inscription to the front free endpaper. Internally, firmly bound with bright pages with some scattered spots to the odd page. Very Good
